Session time - Duration
Sessions time starts at the agreed upon time. All sessions are blocked in 2 hour intervals - Late arrivals will take from shoot time blocks no additional time will be provided. The 2 hour intervals allow for children to go at their pace with no pressure.
Retainer + Remaining Payments
All sessions require a non-refundable retainer / deposit of $100.
All remaining payments are to be paid at the start of session.
What is the best time of day for our session? How far in advance should we book?
The best light is typically during “golden hour”—shortly before sunset—for soft, flattering tones.
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons like fall and holidays. If you require a Saturday session - book as far in advance as possible we only accept 4 Saturday sessions a month.
What should we wear for our session?
Neutral tones and coordinated (not matching) outfits photograph best. I’ll provide a Session Guide with styling assistance to help you plan.
Do you have location suggestions? Can we use our own location?
Sessions can be held outdoors, in your home, or at a location we choose together. If you have a meaningful place in mind, I’m happy to shoot there.
How long will it take for us to receive our photos? How will we receive our photos?
Final galleries are typically delivered within 2 - 3 weeks. (non-busy season - January through April) 3 - 4 weeks (during our busy season - May - end of year)
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hour + notice. Retainers are non-refundable but transferable.
Sessions are deems as 'Canceled' if noice is within 24 hours. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable in these cases.
Emergencies happen - please be communicative.
